DDR Songs that Could Use Challenge Charts

I only found one similar thread and it was locked three years ago for some reason so...

Like the title says, what are some songs in DDR that a Challenge chart could bring out their full potential or be creative/fun? Here are a few of mine:

IN THE ZONE - I can see this having a nice level 13 chart.
Wicked Plastik - A Stream-y, Chaotic 15 would work for this.
CURUS - The song itself kinda calls for lots of stream so a straightforward 12 or crossover-y 13 could work.
KAGEROW (Dragonfly) - The all-over-the-place rhythms in the song could make it a tricky 14.
LOGICAL DASH - So much is happening in the song that the Expert chart doesn't touch. A 14 could be made out of this.

All of these based on the usual DDR chart style.

If there is something against these kinds of threads, I apologize.

For me personally, I would like to see BE LOVIN' get a chllg chart. I love the song but thats just me
I also think that the challenge remixes in DDRMAX2 deserve to be updated because there's so much in the songs that could be added in a new chart. Songs like B4U (B4 ZA BEAT MIX) and BRILLIANT 2U (K.O.G G3 MIX) are awesome and have potential

Freeze. Yes, I know it already has a chart, but it's nothing more than a basic shock arrow chart. The song has potential for a good 14 footer a la INNOCENCE OF SILENCE, but alas...

I think Plan 8 needs a crazy or something chart. Expert was a generalization of the beats and one hard challenge wouldn't be bad I think

The Earth Light would have a good Oni chart despite not being on DDR anymore.

Personally, I think Saber Wing could use a Challenge chart that isn't just a shock arrow chart. I love the song, but I feel like the stepchart missed out on a lot of potential. Bloody Tears (IIDX Edition) has that same problem, too. The chart is just kind of bland.

Those aside, I'd love it if Genom Screams got a chart.

Hmm, I think Saber Wing's charts suit it pretty nicely. It's a very fast song and doesn't have that boss song level vibe so adding 16th's or anything else would be overkill imo.

Yeah, I guess I can see that, certainly not every song needs to be absurdly difficult. I guess it's just those repetitive crossovers before the slowdown. I love crossovers for the most part, but that part just feels a bit uninspired.

One song that is WAY under-stepped is S.A.G.A. I mean, just listen to it and look at the chart.

There are opportunities everywhere for little 16th bursts and 1:06 could make for an awesome little stream.

I'm surprised no one said this yet, but RED ZONE definitely should get a chart. Like duh. So many opportunities for 16th notes.
It could be a 15 easily, maybe even a 16.

Probably most songs with poor charts. I can think of 5.1.1, 20, November (DDR Version), provided things don't go overboard like My Fire's case.

Someone made one back when it was new that I love and I put at as a 17. Crazy 16th stream after the 'drop'.

I'm actually of the opinion that near enough every chart without a challenge chart should have one (and I'm currently in my spare time making challenge charts for the entire of DDR 2014's official songlist, re-imagining them as Enjoy level unlocks [105 unlocks 1st Mix Challenge charts, 110 2nd Mix and so on]).

There's a lot of interesting stuff that could be done, particularly as we have started seeing 16th streams and 24ths used a little more readily (Saber Wing -Silhouette-) but that's not to say that I think all songs require more difficult charts, but some could go to slightly different rhythms ala Sakura and Kakumei or, you know, shock arrows, because Konami.

5.1.1. could use a Challenge chart. It doesn't even have to be harder, it just has to not be as stupid as the Heavy.

EDIT: I also support the idea of taking the Challenge remixes, giving them their EuroMIX 2 charts, and then maybe new Challenges for some of them.

Well Kakumei did get a 14 in X2 but I wasn't a fan of the song to begin with. There's a very good V (for Extreme) edit out there that's a solid 18.

For my personal taste in charts, I'm not a big fan of "death runs" unless they go with the song. The AA chart I mentioned is basically giant 16th runs with a few obvious breaks and it's boring. Just because the rhythm is there, doesn't mean it's a "fun" one.

Sorry to go off-topic and if I stand corrected, but I don't think there any shock arrow charts in DDR 2014 which surprises me.

Unborn was a super disappointing final unlock for Universe 2. Good song, but really? An 8? They could have made a 10 out of it, probably.

Also, KEEP ON MOVING (Orbit1 Remix), for about the same reason. It felt out of place in the middle of Universe 3's boss rush. Maybe not a 10, but definitely a hard 9.

PARADISE will probably never be on an arcade DDR at this rate but I'm still holding out hope for it to also get a chart.
