So I was hanging around a local arcade and saw this ITG machine that uses DDR cabinet. It has usb port that is not working and I was thinking of fixing it. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Plug in a thumb drive that you are 100% sure works with ITG2 upgrades to the grey usb cable coming from the back of the boxor. If that works, you have a bad hub. If it doesn't, the USB hardware is fucked.

I tried to plug in my usb the first time I play there. It didn't read my USB drive

Make sure you format the USB device as FAT32 before you insert the device into the ITG machine.
