Kind of an oxymoron, I know. 
Beginner:
1) Fascination ~eternal love mix~ (4)
2) PARANOiA Hades (3)
3) Pluto Relinquish (3)
FELM Beginner has 226 steps and has things that no Beginner song should have. It screams Basic to me >.> PH and PR are like fillers for me. I don't really want to look up the chart so I'll leave the judging to you
Basic:

2) PARANOiA Hades (7)
3) Fascination ~eternal love mix~ (9)
PR Basic seems to me as the only one to deserve it's 9 footer rating. PH Basic should be rated higher and on my cheap pad, the jumps on FELM Basic get me confused on where I'm standing (Speed issue I think, I don't have this problem on TMP basic).
Difficult:
1) Pluto Relinquish (10)
2) PARANOiA Hades {8}
3) Fascination MaxX (9)
PR is only there for its 10 ft. rating. People feel that PH Difficult was rated wrong and I kind of agree. FAXX Difficult is there for its long stream at the end and the 8th steps at 400 bpm at the end. I had a hard time deciding on whether FELM or FAXX was harder on difficult.
Expert:
1) Fascination MaxX (10)
2) Pluto Relinquish (10)
3) Pluto The First (10)
FAXX wins this one hands down. PR Expert seems to be a FAXX expert with speed tricks but with less 8th note death jackhammer-ing that FAXX had in my opinion. PTF expert is along the same lines as PR Expert. They can be switched but ehh...
Challenge:

2) PARANOiA Hades
3) Fascination MaxX
If you want the closest experience to being shot in the leg, play FELM on Challenge Serious femur breaking action going with the death jumps at 400 bpm. Not the most fun thing to do. PH Challenge can give this song can give FELM a run for its money but its second on my list because of two things:
1) It's 100 bpm slower.
2) Streams are more bearable. (IMO)
FAXX Challenge is FAXX expert with 30 more steps. Wow. Not worth noting but not much else can match. PSM Challenge seems weak compared to even the FAXX expert chart. NGO Challenge is FELM Challenge Lite so that might make be worse than FAXX but ehh...
So what would you change on these lists and what would you add?

I would replace FAXX on your Oni list with Healing-D-Vision...

Definitely forgot to list HDV Oni. I remembered the song but thought that the insane, crossover super streams at 360 bpm wasn't as hard the failure of a beginning and end as FAXX oni had.

I'm listing the foot rating next to the song. They definitely did mess up on the foot ratings for PH.
I think PH Difficult is 9 footer material, not 10. There is nothing in it to classify it as a 10. I might need to play the song again but I remember the song being mostly jumps, taps and quarter notes.
And FAXX is a 9 footer on Difficult. Maybe in the mid to low range 9's but definitely a 9 footer. The same for FELM Difficult.

PARANOiA HADES is what I consider to be the hardest song on difficult. There are loads of jumps scattered in between small streams and if you mess up your footing during a jump section you will miss out a lot of other steps.
Pluto Relinquish is NOT a 10 on difficult and it isn't as tricky as Hades, since it's chart is more straightforward. I can't even see it being as tiring.
And this is a similar case with Fascination MAXX and FELM. I found FELM to be more tiring.

On Basic, I would add MAX.(period) and La Senorita Virtual, it was a killer for real basic players.

I'm having problems with SN2 song bosses even on Basic.
First time going back to Beginner mode just to play those hard songs.
Mostly DDR SN 2 bosses-
Max. was fun on Standard and it was easy too... follow by Trip Machine ,Paranoia remixes from DDR EX Arcade.
Healing Vision D is good but I loss at the end where it speeds up fast and played it on Difficuilty.
No problems with DDR SN1 bosses though.. well on CHAOS
