So this begs the question... are Hold Markers going to be implemented into previous songs, through Challenge charts like in REFLEC BEAT groovin'!, or will we just get them starting with the new prop songs?

Prop? Sounds like an abbreviation for Property.
Also, iGoBeat did the hold notes first (chart editor too complicated in that game).

The hold mechanic sounds like a great addition to this game. Also, I'm really loving this color scheme.

Like colette was short for color palette, this game's title means paint drop. In Japanese, it can also be said as "plop".

Theme looks pretty cool. I'm just hoping they don't do the whole song removal thing like in Jubeat Saucer but rather add to the song list every month or so.
Hopefully this news also means we will be getting a Copious theme for Jubeat Plus soon.

i'm kind of glad they're using a different color scheme; all of jubeat's releases have used darker colors with the exception of 1 or 2, not sure
looks really cool using a pink color; the game looks a lot less "boring" with a brighter color scheme
