The Dao Sound Voltex controller is finally up for order as of today! Ordered mine today. Shipping date is the 20th of this month. So excited that a controller is now commercially available!

Before I put this order in, how well do the SoundVoltex sims work? Are they reliable and supported enough to warrant blowing this cash?

Assuming you mean sims like simfiles, K Shoot-Mania has something called input gate that has user files and says its updated frequently...... so i think it's supported.

Mainly this controller was made specifically for those that actually have the data for the legit Sound Voltex game and have it running at home. That's the only reason anyone would blow the cash for this controller. No one is sure if this controller was configured for simulators, you can try, but the controller was specifically made to work with the real game.

Still too much for my wallet, probably going to get cxm's SDVX controller instead and wait it out for next year to buy me one of thse (along with the jubeat DAO controller. Once they get their stuff handled with the buttons :v)

I have no idea if K-Shoot Mania would be compatible with any of the SDVX controllers being made recently, would be neat if they could.

I think in order to use the controller on K-Shoot Mania, you have to use a joystick mapper, kind of like what people do for PS3 and Xbox controllers to PC. 
Thats just my guess though!
