I was wondering if there would be a way to change site times based on the local time zone. So instead of all times being UTC, the times would automatically adjust based on my time zone.

Go to User Options, click on Site Settings, and Time Offset should be the last option.

I still think we should be able to toggle between 12 hr format and 24 hr format, but I know that is never going to happen.
