Is there a way to erase the grades you get in Stepmania? I deleted the Cache but the grades are still there.
And no, I'm not going to rename the folders...

Can't you just make a new profile and all the scores will be blank?

Delete Save/MachineProfile/Stats.xml (or the Stats.xml file for the profile you use)
http://www.stepmania.com/wiki/
So on Windows, you would find %APPDATA%/StepMania 5.0/Save/MachineProfile/Stats.xml and delete it.

Thanks guys. I can simply delete the Stats.xml file to remove my records and reset the Player's Best but if you have a profile, you'll have to delete that as well.

If you are using the 3.9 version, you would find "(Drive):\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\StepMania\Data" (Win vista and up) or "%PROGRAMFILES%\StepMania\Data" (Win XP) and delete the "MachineProfile" folder. The "MachineProfile" folder is created automatically, if you deleted or overwritten, if you no deleted.
