Take old-school console emulators, put them online via flash, and this is what you get.
You can even post walkthroughs of your own to show off to others. Or save online. Or play your own ROMs.

In terms of quality, it's all right. The sound does have a bit of latency but for being online-ready and able to play up to 2 people at once, it's not bad. No idea how legal it is past seeing it being broadcast all over Imgur.
