Are you asking people to make a StepMania theme for you? If so, it doesn't work so easily. Can't just give us a name and some pictures and expect us to do the dirty work for you, unless you're actively looking for a negative answer.
If you want a theme to be made, and you aren't even willing to give us details about it, then make it yourself. Plain and simple. Don't waste our time if you aren't willing to take some of yours to explain yourself.
