Just curious if anyone might know what the problem is when both lights are out: the light(s) themselves or the power unit for the lights?
Both are out, which seems odd if only one burned out. The power unit does have a pull-switch on it that doesn't do anything for me, so I'm pretty sure they're not just off.
Also, anyone know of a generic place to purchase the lights for subwoofers or are they specialty parts? Coinopexpress wants me to buy $200 worth of stuff from them and one guy on Ebay is charging a fortune for a couple of CCFL's.

It most likely isn't your lights, it is the neon transformer. I do not know how replaceable that is. My boss at work bought a personal machine with that exact issue and I haven't looked into it that much yet.

Interesting. I actually bought the transformer piece on Ebay and have it, but it's from a non-Supernova machine. I assume these are similar regardless, I have not checked the connections yet.

They should be similar enough. I am assuming you mean you got a Betson cabinet and the one you bought is from the previous generation of cabinets. I have no idea if the swap will work because I haven't played around too much inside the Betson cabinets but it is worth a shot and I doubt it will affect anything if it does not work.
