I'm not sure whether or not this is the correct forum, but...
I ordered a Gamesis Multi-platform dance pad via EBay.
(This one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gamesis-Multi-Platform-Dance-Dance-Revolution-Non-Slip-Pro-Pad-/281158315509?pt=US_Video_Game_Controllers&hash=item4176576df5)
However, my computer (trying to play Stepmania, mind you) does not respond to the input whenever I try to configure the actual controls.
I'm currently running a Windows Vista Home Premium. Can someone please help me with this issue?

The pad didn't show up in the Game Controller menu, no. And I couldn't find it in the Device Manager, either.

Did you try looking online to see if it has any drivers?

Okay for me, my issue was that it was the laptop. Their wont be enough volts to get it to work (at rare times it will work on the laptop) If it is a desk top then plug it in the back usb not the front ones.

A $2 mat is probably not gonna give you any sort of reliability whatsoever

I'm not sure if it even has a driver, it is a rather old model, after all. It said that it did not need a driver to run...
The thing is, it said that it installed. It just didn't show up in the respected menu.
