i love the classic DDR songs, but i have been playing for a few years now, and my wife asked me to get my hands on some "modern-day" stuff. i know that typical music is not the best for stepping, but it's what my wife wants. i did find some stuff from ben speir (love his awesome one direction pack, my wife does too!)
ben also has a bunch of other packs, but aside from that i couldn't find much.
anyways, is it possible to find packs with current american (or english) music?
people like:
taylor swift
jayzee
robin thicke
miley cyrus
bruno mars (<--- love that guy)
ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC
or even older stuff like
chicago
beatles
backstreet boyz
nsync
michael jackson
whatever!
you get the idea!
i was able to find a few individual songs, but i had not much luck with packs.

are there any packs featuring a lot of music thats american/english?
i was also able to find individual files, but most packs have say 10-40 songs and maybe 1-3 that are either current/american/english/oldies and not techno euro japanese whatever. not that i have a problem with standard stepmania songs. i just want to try to get the type stuff my wife likes, and besides, some of it is good to dance to.
aren't there any packs (other than speirs) that have a lot of that type of music? has anyone ever made a michael jackson pack? or beatles? or rock 'n' roll? or pop? or whatever you get the idea?

Well, I am a stepmaker, and I used to have the objective to make that sort of stuff.
Back a couple of years ago, I made DDR Quasar. I'm not very fond of it now, but you might enjoy some stuff.
I also had a 2nd project, DDR Pulsar, but it fell through near the end. I did release 12 tracks there, though, so it's practically the size of the other project anyway.
Nowadays, I'm the co-lead of the TrotMania project, so a significant portion of my newer tracks are brony songs. However, I do still step some American and English pop, which you might find in the near future in the TrotMania Crusaders category. (There's currently one British pop song there, The Fear).
