So, that's why I can't unlock. No wonder I can make it. In our country, there's no e-amusement card.

Even if you had access to real eAMUSE right now, I think you can't do much, as the eAMUSE service for X2 and X3 has been shut down for some years in the case of X2.

just in the States, although some Asian cabs had unlock codes too, not 100% sure though. Post #10 · Posted at 2013-08-11 01:37:00am 11.9 years ago

That is simple: You can't.
The unlock codes for American machines were something that Raw Thrills added in so it will not work on any version of the game except for the American and Europe versions produced by Raw Thrills.
Some Asian arcades got a update that operators put on a USB stick to patch the game with the extra content and such I believe and the content is definitely taken offline by now if it was ever publicly accessible. My guess is Konami only gave it out to arcades without e-amusement when the game was still being unlocked in country's with e-amuse.

If this is the case, perhaps he could ask Aaron to see if the USB data stick's patch could be obtained somehow. It's not a great option (or likely to be successful), but it is an option
Actually, if this is possible, perhaps a synthetic version of the USB patch could be available somewhere. Though if not on ZiV, I would have no idea were to look.

Aaron doesn't belong to a arcade chain so he won't have access to the data. On top of all that the game needs to also be running in a country where it is legal (for instance the Philippines and North America have no support and having the game is technically illegal).

You know that start up screen that goes "This game is licensed for use in [etcetcetc]"? That.
Turns out the words actually mean something.
