Hey everyone, I recently managed to pick up a DDR Extreme cabinet for cheap. I purchased this expecting to do some repairs, but the machine was shipped to me in "working order" by this obviously they only meant that the software booted, the lights worked, and the screen worked. The pads are in terrible shape, and I'll be replacing most of the hardware and the sensors there. On to the more important things though:
My screen doesn't work after it was shipped. It worked before, it doesn't now. I was able to meter the 120v line and it checks good, the RGB connection has a red/black pair running into it's 6 pin connection as well as the red/green/blue wires, I presume this is a voltage line as well, metering that yields ~2.5v... and finally there is another pair that go into a connector, and metering those yields 0v AC/DC. I'm hoping this is the culprit but I'm not sure where to head.
From there, my neon's on my subs are not illuminating, I chased a gray/black wire from the inverter to a 6-pin connector that doesn't seem to have a home (presuming I didn't lose them in the bundle and ended up grabbing another grey/black pair)
Any advice here would be greatly appreciated; also if there are any machine hardware experts in the Skagit area in Washington, that wouldn't mind taking a look, that'd be greatly appreciated as well - you can drop me a PM any time, I'd be more than happy to offer payment for assistance getting this baby up and running proper.
Luckily, the graphics are all in good condition, and only the marquee is really damaged beyond repair (I need new plexi for it, thats all) The pad lights all work, and the pad seems to be in decent shape outside of being nightmarishly dirty, and a bit of rust between the two pads where paint was slowly removed. Anyways, thanks in advance

P.S. I know I've crossposted this several places, Z will probably get the most traffic as most other Bemani (specifically ddr) sites have started to die.
