I like this guide. I think it's laid out well, and it could be used as a reference to converting difficulties. The only problem I have with it (I hope you can understand me correctly) is the fact that you're making your scale column definitive to what difficulty should have, because there are times when scales have a rating that's not in your colored area.
I'll use the DDR X scale and classic DDR scale as an example.
When I see the cutoff points between, um, let say... Standard and Heavy, what it's telling me is that all Standard charts should not be higher than said area, and Heavy, respectively, says that ratings should not be lower. We all know that there are times where this barrier is broken. It happens a lot.
That's the only thing that bothers me.

Of course we all know that there are
five-footers and
seven-footers, but I am guessing the dude colored them just for purposes of classification and generalization.
I don't get what the 1-100 is -- you suggested it starts at X 1 and goes up to ITG 20, but if that's so, why does 100 = ITG 16 instead of ITG 20? And I never knew a 9 on Pump is equivalent to only a six-footer -- I can't believe I can't pass more than six-footers on Pump
...Hm, come to think of it, what about the NX scale? How do the stars and skulls work?
I do love the attempt to share a difficulty conversion guide, though, thanks so much for this
I wonder how accurate it really is, though...
