I heard some people talking about the original 
chart for Tsugaru, and they say it is extremely hard.
I also found a simfile on this site, but I doubt it is real. Is this the "Extremely Hard Chart" they are talking about? If so, that chart isn't too bad.

Tsugaru Standard being impossible is an inside joke going back to some time when someone was complaining on GameFAQs that Tsugaru is impossible on standard mode, claiming that his friend fell over and died while trying to beat it, or something like that. Obviously the real chart isn't anything special at all, its just a joke.
The very difficult file you found could've been my joke file though.

Impossible on standard mode? I think Max 300's streams and MaxX Unlimited's double jumps would like a word with him.
And also, I can't stop laughing at how you said "Fell over and died".
Anyway, thanks, now my problem is solved.
