Quick question: What does "隅田川夏恋歌" translate to, and how would it be romanized?

See title.

Google Translate doesn't even manage to translate half the Japanese, and leaves it as Japanese characters displaying in the "English translation" box.Oops
All I can get is 夏 which means summer, and 歌 which means song.

The romanization I've seen most often is "Sumidagawa Karenka" but Google Translate's romanization gives something different.

The title translates to Sumidagawa Summer Love Song. "Sumidagawa Karenka" is the correct romanization.

Is Sumidagawa the name of a river or something?

Don't bother trying to translate 大桟橋 or サナ・モレッテ・ネ・エンテ either.

Yeah, Sumidagawa = Sumida River. So basically it all translates as Sumida River Summer Love Song.

However in reality the Sumida River isn't so exciting except you can now see the huge Asahi building with a turd on top and Tokyo Sky Tree. It was traditionally a good spot for viewing fireworks though
