See title.
Google Translate doesn't even manage to translate half the Japanese, and leaves it as Japanese characters displaying in the "English translation" box.
All I can get is 夏 which means summer, and 歌 which means song.
The romanization I've seen most often is "Sumidagawa Karenka" but Google Translate's romanization gives something different.

"i was born at a very young age" |
The title translates to Sumidagawa Summer Love Song. "Sumidagawa Karenka" is the correct romanization.

Don't bother trying to translate 大桟橋 or サナ・モレッテ・ネ・エンテ either.

Yeah, Sumidagawa = Sumida River. So basically it all translates as Sumida River Summer Love Song.

"Wow, 4 types of corn!" |
However in reality the Sumida River isn't so exciting except you can now see the huge Asahi building with a turd on top and Tokyo Sky Tree. It was traditionally a good spot for viewing fireworks though
