Hello there. I am completely new to beatmania and have a few questions.
1. Does there exist a beatmania simulator for PC? Is it free?
2. If so, might you please link to it?

Yeah, I'd recommend using LR2 with any working IIDX theme. By "working" i mean than it's quite a hazzle to get full themes to be fully functional.
You should go to outphase.com (requires registration) and search for the skins + soundsets.
Personally i use the RA skin.

Another beatmania simulator is Be-Pachi Music.
I don't know if that's still up. If it still is, you should check it out.
