Looks like a jubeat ripoff. You can use your own music apparently. Also notice how it says "free" but the app is 99¢. Not sure if it's also on iPod touch. Notice the typos.

Oddly enough, it looks more to me like a ripoff of iGoBeat, which is already a ripoff of jubeat.

I acquired the game. It doesn't even work. It looks nothing like the gameplay screenshot. The markers are not animated. Comes with some Chinese Pop song and an acoustic version of Baby by Justin Bieber.

Wow, this looks, reads and sounds terrible. But I'm not surprised if it's from "ping chen". I can't trust anything that has Chinese company names, especially when they can't even type the name of their game correctly.
Thanks Chewi for buying and trying it? I'm pretty sure they don't have licenses for both of the songs.
Also I'm pretty sure it's not for iPod Touch. It even says at the side that it's only "Compatible for iPad".
