First off, where did you get that picture? I find it hard to believe that they would already be planning a new album considering how soon its been since their 2nd album and the lack of new songs they have released since then (Most new TЁЯRA songs in BEMANI games have been ripped from their 2nd album) makes this seem unlikely.

If it comes from the DVD then it's most likely a 'hint' at a possible future album.
Which is up in the air right now because we still have no clue whether NAOKI is still with BEMANI or not.

It seems it will take 3, 4 years to see a new TЁЯRA album, unless Naoki and jun decide to release it asap.

We also have to wait if there will be new songs that may become available in Tricoro or other BEMANI games, but I don't think they will release an album very soon
