Me and a friend are at an arcade right now, and while trying to hack the ITG2 machine, something went wrong.
It seems that the boot file failed to load and now, we are being charged $400 for maintenance. Help is needed.

I feel a sense of irony, pity, and sadness.
Well, tough break champ, Now you know the reason why there aren't that many ITG2 machines anymore in most arcades in the US

We would need a lot more information than that to try and diagnose the problem. It could be anything based on what you've said so far.
You shouldn't ever hack anything unless you know exactly what you're doing... and have made backups for situations like this.

The only advice I can offer is write out a $400 check. You're better off just paying for damages and repair.
As Aeron stated, we need a lot more advice before a true diagnosis can be made.
