I have 2 questions:
1. What does "Alternative" mean? It shows the same thing with Trip Machine Phoenix - De-Sire "Alternative".
2. Naoki's band "RevenG" makes instrumental songs that are part of a certain culture. What culture is "Arrabiata" from, and what does it mean?

The artists in Japanese are:
Arrabbiata - Reven-G改
Trip Machine PhoeniX - DE-SIRE改
改 is basically the word for alternative.

Ok - but what does "Aleternative" mean? Why couldn't Naoki just stick with "RevenG"? And where did they get the word "Arrabbiata" from?

There'll be times when artists decide to use different aliases, such as the case of DJ Taka using the name "Risk Junk" for his happy songs, but using the alternative "Risk Junk-G" when he composed Candy Galy for Gold, and TERRA using "TERRA underground" when composing Parasite World to emphasize its dark appearance. Some people just use it to sound cool, you know?
Arrabbiata comes from the word "All'arrabbiata", which means "angry style". Oddly comes from the dish "penne all'arrabbiata", which the "angry style" refers to the heat of its peppers.

Hmmmm, this could be a recurring thing, something that has to do with something else which has yet to be implemented, perhaps there a new "another" chart? Could be an e-muse unlocking task? Could be anything.....

I had a felling that Arrabbiata was going to get in. one of the courses is “New RevenG”. Now why have a New RevenG course if there’s no new RevenG songs? ;)

the new-revenge course is from extreme, its not a new course to supernova 2, so i fail to see your point about that course pointing to arrabbatiata(that... is probably spelled wrong) being in.
also, its from pop'n so i wouldnt call it new.

i think he means the course, not the song.
the course might be in SN2, but its from extreme. it was in SN but with the .5x removed from sakura oni. i havnt seen any videos of the oni courses in the game, but if it is its probably the SN version(matsuri japan oni, tsugaru oni, afronova oni, bag standard, sakura oni no .5x).
