DDR to ITG community pack

NOTE: This started on FFR, I decided to bring it here as well in hopes of more activity.

Make ITG-style challenge steps for DDR songs. Criteria for this pack is rather low, as my skills as a stepper are already pretty low.

Criteria -

-Make the file paddable (possibly for r21)
-Unless it's a gimmick where it seriously works, make sure the file is as on-sync as possible.
-If more then one file for a song is made, then most likely only one will make it into the pack. Who will decide that, hopefully some sort of vote.
-If you do Xepher, Fascination Maxx, or some other already over-simmed song, then it better be damn good.
