Considering I've established that a few people are into jogging, I felt this thread would be appropriate.
There's only one request I ask of you (and I'll try to do the same to avoid double standards/hypocrisy): keep it chill. Fair enough if you have self esteem issues like myself but if you are amongst the elite in terms of ability please don't be an elitist jerk. Encourage those who aren't as good; the point of this thread is to encourage runners to get together and help each other as well as post the achievements you are proud of. (Y)
Now that's done and dusted, here's what I did tonight: I jogged 2.7 miles in 37mins 2 sec. Before you ask me why I went so slow, there were two steep bridges I jogged on and nearly half of my route involved jogging through a unlit field, so I had to be careful. That and I just recovered from a nasty headache.

Awesome thread. I'll be second.
Today, I jogged 8 laps around a park near where I live. After the last lap, I ran, making the whole thing 9 laps. I jogged at a slow pase because of my condition, and although I didn't time myself, I believe it took about 30 minutes. After that, I stretched and did some workout.
And the only reason I did jog today was because I ate chinese food, and the food had a lot of sodium than what it usually has (
), so I needed to sweat out my sodium. But when I work out like this, is all so I can be better at DDR/ITG.

@ TsukiyoX: Cheers bro.
Anyway it would be nice if you mentioned the park name if not the distance you covered so we know what to applaud you on. (Y)
@Margo: Those are some pretty good times, I have yet to jog 6 miles let alone get it under an hour haha. I may jog again soon but no promises since I'm working all of this week and going to a friend's next week.
