I can tell, that arcade have an harder judgement than PS22 by far.
If you compare to stepmania, SN/SN2/X (arcade) ect might be a 5.5 judgement or more (defaut stepmania is 4).
I guess some people here can bring you information more accurate than mines ^^'

I know that the arcade is roughly judge 6 or a bit less on Stepmania.
For home versions, I'm guessing that it's around judge 5, but I'm not sure.

Arcade timing has always been much tighter. The exact numbers for EXTREME have been found but elude me right now. The windows have probably changed a bit since then, but not too much.

For Extreme JP AC, the exact numbers are:
Marvelous - 0.015 sec (Stepmania Judge 6)

Great - 0.09 sec (Stepmania Judge 4)
Good - 0.12 sec (Stepmania Judge 4.5 or so)
Boo - 0.15 sec (Stepmania Judge 5)

Wait, they released the Playstation 22 already, I just got the Playstation 19, Damn it!
Anyways, yea the judging on the arcades are completely different and harder than on the console ports.
I don't know but follow the link you were provided. It seems to have them.

Funny how the person didn't specify which DDR game (or ITG lol)
