I've had characters for my DDR: Quasar for a while, but I was never able to make it look professional. Either I would draw them okay, but botch it with colors and outlines, or I would draw it on the computer with an absolutely ugly result.
Anyway, I have made sketches of all 4 of the current characters in posses that I would want to use in group banners (i.e. Jared for licenses, Afro for Boss songs) Here's a rough sketch that I started with:

Jared has already been in images (The most current one being this:
), so that's a good sign of what the colors should be about.
Lisa has: Black hair in chunky clumps of strands, dark grey headphones, light grey headphone connectors (Well, what do you call them?), Grey shirt with lines going down it (like a sweater), dark grey skirt, and lighter skin than Jared.
Jordan (Up-Right) has: Very dark brown hair, tye-dye shirt, khaki shorts, darker headband than Jared has, and dark skin (but lighter than his hair).
Lastly, Afro's physical appearance should be obvious, but his shirt is red above the lines and very light grey below it (I was thinking 70's disco style), the "A" can be any color, the pants are a very shiny black, and he's wearing white high heels with shiny gold flakes (I didn't draw them because they'd smudge).
These are just my visions of what the characters would look like, and if you have any suggestions, post them here. Naturally, I'm looking for someone who can colorize these things and make them look semi-professional. Don't post automatic rejections, as I'm not going to look for anybody specific. Also, please don't troll these images, as they are just concepts from a newcomer's mind, and I'm not trying to submit these for review. Let's hope this topic is useful!
EDIT: by the way, I do notice some errors, like Jared's missing piece of hair in the right. These aren't necessarily the final outlines, just sketches of their poses for the graphics.
