There should be a theme download page for StepMania and other Dance Similators on here. Why aren't they on here. because hunting for the right one sometimes is a pain in my brain. What do you guys think.

You could always compile a list of your favorite themes, together with download links (if you happen to know where they are).
There should be an automatic spellchecker in your web browser on here. Why aren't you using it. because hunting for the intended word sometimes is a pain in my brain. What do you guys think.

While were at it, tell him he can just download simfiles from bemanistyle. I like the idea of making the ZIv database support themes and addons that are not songs (CDTitles, announcers, courses, etc...).

Thank you for that, and also, I use to download CDTitles of DDRUK.com because they work with the files on there for some reason. I do download stepfiles form bemanistyle, it's just that, I only post it here because, I like to look at the stepfile chart pictures of the difficulty, and also I like to see where the BPM changes at.
