It could be one of the new gestures they are putting into the game. The red double pointed arrow thing connected to that small diamond on the right looks like it could mean "shake the remote and nunchuk together", that green symbol your on about could be something else like "spin the remote round" or something like that.

How many songs are confirmed for this? Is it still those three from the demo or have more been confirmed?
