I decided to make a theme using TF2 as a base. Probably because I've been playing it all this week 
This is very WIP, and based on the default SM5 theme ported to sm-ssc. Most of what you see here will change.
In 16:9, the video is stretched beyond the screen, and the video is 720p, so it should work fine. In 4:3, it does the same thing.
In 16:9, the BG is windowboxed. 4:3 is letterboxed, which is good, considering the image can't be trimmed down to 4:3.
I really like how this turned out. The others are too large, but the images will just need some resizing.
Can anyone help me with the broken parts of the theme?
