Well I do not have the exact order but here is what I know of supernova 2. Songs in the extreme folder include any songs from ddr first mix through extreme and are in alphabetical order and are white in color. Songs in the supernova folder are all in blue but are organized by the original group order of licenses followed by konami original songs new to supernova, then bemani crossovers new to supernova then console crossovers new to supernova. As for supernova 2 folder here are the groups, first is licenses which are in yellow, followed by konami original songs which are in purple, followed by unlockable konami originals which are in orange, followed by unlockable groove radar specials which are in a purpleblue color last follows boss songs which are another shade of blue (expect when defaulted in final, extra, and omes which the default song shows red.) Aside from this group organization, all songs are alphabetical in order.
I have no idea on x2 except that each folder is for each arcade release of ddr, and that there is no color scheme for groups.

Keep in mind that the order of the licenses in the SN2 folder on SN2 are not ordered alphabetically.
You can refer to this video for the order:
As for the Konami originals and Bemani crossovers, I am not sure.
