Keep in mind I've not played charts from X and up. Also I put FmaxX over FELM because FmaxX is the same as with a few changes. FELM is an entire another monster.

The Expert chart for FAXX is only a 17 if i remember right. It's easier than the oni chart, but not that much different

It'd be a good idea to say if you are rating by score or by pass. Some of the 18's are easier to BS your way through and pass while others may be easier to score on.

Only gonna rate the ones I've played so far- I can't really pass judgment on steps with only my fingers.

Based on a DDR X/X2 machine, hence "chances of BSing the chart enough to get through"

Out of the other three, I'd probably list it as VDim/888/Mei. Pluto the First Oni does not exist.

I think Valkyrie dimension is probably the easiest 18. The only really hard part is the stream at the end, everything else in it is like an easier version of other 18s.

Mei... that's retarded. I won't be able to pass it without BSing.

FaxX expert and oni, I've passed on pad on an X cab. Oni is SUCH a lazy chart.
MaxX unlimited X special wasn't fun, but I did it, and there wasn't much BSing going on.

Oh God no not Felm Oni no thanks, maybe next year. Probably the only one I would say MIGHT be an easy 19.

I don't think NGO is an 18, but the jumps get me, and I can't really do the ending crossover.
I think I could pass it if I tried it again recently on an X cab.

Dead End Groove Radar Special, BLEH. Tried it and failed it a few times.

Paranoia Hades really grinds my gears, I can't be bothered with it, not even on keyboard.

Pluto Relinquish Oni is SUCH an 18, but I BS passed it.
I also BS passed Trigger Oni at one point and haven't been able to do the same since.

I haven't tried HDVO before, but I'd probably BS it.

888 (yeah... rapid fire 16ths at 222 BPM isn't very fun... should have been a 19 imo)

FmaxX is harder then FELM . FmaxX ads more to the chart. If you can get the chart good, then you have about 80% of the chart down. That's why I put FELM over it.

I'd say HDV is definitely the easiest 18. It's barely a 15 until the last stream which you can easily BS through.

I've never actually done them on pad, only on keyboard, but based on my experience:

In DDR X there are 2 X-Specials that was 18. The legend of MAX and MAXX UNLIMITED. but in X2 TloM X-Special re-rated as 17.

I've only passed NGO and Pluto Relinquish.

I took weeks to learn Pluto Relinquish, and commit the end stream to muscle memory.

I passed NGO the first time I played the Oni chart, but I had to 3x and use the bar to play it.

I think the relative difficulty of 18s is going to vary vastly from person to person, so maybe we should mention how we tend to play, as well as the order of difficulty? That way it'll be easier to look at someone's list, say "Oh! That person plays like me!", and try the 18s in the order they suggest?

I can't say, coz I haven't played 18 footers yet. Well, I played an ex-18, TloM X-Special. Tomorrow I'll play some and pass judgement according to that.
