Did anyone ever give X-scale ratings to the KOs which didn't make it from SN2 to X?

Just curious what others may have thought on this. (I found a thread which ended up rating Universe 3 songs on the X-scale, but not this.)

Matsuri Japan I think had X ratings during its location test before it got removed, along with a few other songs which I can't seem to recall. Its S is a 12.

Look To The Sky had a rating of 10 in S-EXPERT and Your Rain (RAGE MIX) is an 11 in S-EXPERT.

I swear to god all of those songs were on the DDR X location test version, and I remember seeing someone on youtube film the songlist by each expert and challenge level difficulty folder.
