On the simfile database, it has the challenge steps listed for doubles and singles. Are they official or fan-made? I just want to know so I could put it onto my Extreme2 Edit Data.

Official, they were added in Ultramix 4 in one of the song packs.
I NEVER put unofficial stuff in the official simfile section just so you know.

Glad to hear. Reason I asked was because I remember seeing it at one time without the Oni steps in this website.
