The GotY edition is coming October 12th, with a raised level cap, and all DLC packs for only $60 on consoles, $50 on PC.
Of course, players who sink in the expansion packs won't find much here, but I'm excited for this edition.

The raised level cap, AFAIK, is being released as a separate patch, so that people who don't have Secret Armory of General Knoxx can level up past 50. Either way, looks like I have some work to level up my Siren and Soldier, who are both at 61.

I'm kind of concerned about the higher level and extra skill points and whatnot. It's getting to the point where everyone's skill trees are almost completely filled out, and there doesn't seem to be much difference between anyone's character builds anymore.
