Found a neat theme

Was browsing YouTube and I came across this awesome theme for Stepmania 3.9. It's not out yet, but I sure am downloading this awesome theme


This theme looks so awesome and is pretty accurate in my opinion. Can't wait till this theme releases What do you think of it?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that using stolen gfx from K//'s theme?

Judging from the options menu, I'd say yes. (RED)NEX and SECOND STRIKERS had similar menus.

As it uses a k// theme as a base, I hope he's got permission. Because it does look awesome, and it'd be a shame for k// to realise, then rage at the creator so he won't finish it.

well aside from using k//'s graphics, I have to say it's very impressive. Kinda makes me feel bad about my attempt at making a IIDX theme..

the menus must have been a nightmare to code.

The graphics seem to be much more complex than k//eternal's theme. His was good but you could tell the difference between it and the Happy Sky menu interface while that theme almost seems to have it dead on.

I don't like the beatmania 4 finger panel thing. :/

If i remember, he created a them to play Beat Up (a mode in Audition Online) with k//'s graphic without his permission.

k// never makes them with actual IIDX graphics. I don't think his intention is to recreate them, but rather use the ideas as a base.
Personally, I'm a much larger fan of these sorts of recreations.

It has been out for a while (although you seem to know that). I actually am using the theme right now. I love it because the interface is very nice and they even use what I call the "Sirius Sweep" after song selection (where the song's information appears, then rearranges after a few seconds). I might look at this new Happy Sky theme, but I think that Imma stick with Cyberia Style.

Well of course CyberiaStyle is awesome, but considering the fact I have become such a IIDX theme fanatic (and IIDX fanatic in general) I am so for this theme. I guess it's more based off preference by what one looks for in a Stepmania theme. Me, I like looking for simulation of games, but I will go for neat abstract themes as well.
