Are you tired to write Banner Missing in each unuploaded banner? it is easy, put the Stepmania Fallback in each missing banner, or put the SuperNOVA Generic fallback saying Banner Missing (in white), but don't put any of those fallbacks in Either WinRAR or WinZIP downloaded packs.
