anyways, important notes:
in order to run this correctly you need either the itg2 default theme from the dzips or openitg. it looks for the theme named "default" to
get all the options and such from, so if you don't have an ITG2 default theme named "default", don't expect it to work. this was done to
keep it a single release that would work upon both 3.95 and oitg.
there is a known issue where the transition on the titlescreen can lag a bit on a stock boxor. having extra ram supposedly alleviates this.
this theme involved the hard work of multiple people. please show them respect by not recoloring/hacking/severely modding and releasing as your own, or even at all really. taking something like this and changing it is more or less a low blow to all involved in making it. seeing such things would pretty much demotivate me from doing anything for this community in the future

aj, lightning, shakesoda, and the SSC are all awesome and this wouldn't have happened without em.
post script: i honestly got kinda sick of working on this near the end, so unless there are any intensely glaring errors or crashes this will probably be the only version.
