Just curious as to whether this exists. If so, where can I find it? Denjin K, perhaps?

I doubt it, it's probably just meant to sound like that.
If you play the song without hitting the "beep" sample, it isn't actually covering up any vocals. He says "fuck" clearly at the start of the song, but just says "Mother..." the other times.
So we can't make an uncensored version from the data in the game. I don't know if it was ever recorded with different vocals, but it seems unlikely, since the theme of the song is that it's a dirty, unrelenting audio assault. The version on Denjin K has the same vocals as the game version.
