Try using MP3 cutter.
But before you cut, hear the music carefully and think which section that have same reff.
That you can cut it. Here is the example :
If the song pattern is A - B - C - A - B - C - C" - D
You can cut it into A - B - C - C" - D
You can shortening the opening if you want, just like Konami did for licence songs on classic DDR.
