Off sync much???

I just played VMA Dance off and it is so off beat...anybody else play that?

WHy dont we make a list of music games that are horribly off sync

DDR (Hyper Offbeat anybody?)
ITG (Amore)
Stepmania (lots)

Every music game has songs here and there that are offsync.

I remembered Maxx Unlimited on MAX2 extra stage...

In the middle of the song, the machine suddenly hang

but the song/music didn't stop, just the arrow & background video

after several seconds, the arrow start moving again... then that's what I called an "off-sync"

I downloaded around a hundred of the top rated ones a couple years back. I think I found 3-4 that were playable when hitting on beat. So, yes, it is that bad. It's no uncommon to find files with a bpm of "60", and every color of notes.
Thus, whenever someone posts a simfile on r21freak with an FFR download link, I don't download it unless someone else reviews it as a good file.

60bpm is the default bpm in SM 3.9 for some reason.. I generally avoid the simfile sections of both FFR and Bemanistyle because a lot of the files there aren't very good quality by my standards.

FFR has toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many noobs who submit charts they create to songs they like and they don't spend much time on them.

I went there once to check out a song that wasn't available here, I forgot what song...ended up with Step poop.

The actual game of ffr isnt to bad...but there simfiles are shit!

FFR is basically the Wal-Mart of simfile databases. You'll occasionally be able to find good stuff, but generally all you'll find is crap.

I just found a simfile for the new version of dynamtie rave on ffr, sadly its got terrible banners and such and its horribly off sync....if anyone would like to help me with anyofff it id love to post an improved one up on this site. I would do it myself but my skills kinda dont exsist in that area
