What comes to your mind first? A techno breakdown or a metal/hardcore breakdown?
I tend to think of metal/hardcore breakdowns, such as this:
(fast forward to around :18, shitty song, I know, just trying to find an example)
I'm not that much of a techno/trance guy so metal/hardcore breakdowns come to my mind first.

In all seriousness however, I think of that awesome moment where the music gets quiet for about four beats, then just kinda explodes. Best moments in music.
