How many of you play IIDX with Random mode on? Personally, I like to play Random mode on easier Styles and difficulties so I can get used to playing a song with a much different note chart to improve my hand eye coordination. One of the most interesting songs I've cleared on Random mode is Empathy Another on 4th Style. The note chart was amazing fun and I was able to nail to last few notes MUCH easier than the standard chart. Also, to me, older styles are the most fun to Random on because of the easier difficulties. I think maybe tonight or by this weekend, I going to try to random clear Five Regrets in 6th Style. Should be pretty fun...

I usually use Random mode during warmup on 8-9 and sometimes 10s to train on usually harder chords and stuff like that. I discovered that it helps quite a lot the hand-eye coordination.

I only like to play S-Random when I either play a song too much, or the song has a easy difficulty level.
