Well on my computer, Windows Media Player won't except certain MP3's. Some work, some don't and it says it can't read the file and it may be corrupt or unsupported. When I open it in a program like WavePad, it opens no problem. I know it's a codec problem but I have no clue how to fix it. I have and removed and reinstalled CCCP and it still did no work. Anyone know how to fix this?

I find Windows Media Player to be a pain in the ass to work with, which is why (for WMA files, at least) I use Winamp. MP3's will run with minimal problem under Winamp. It also plays OGG and FLAC files as well.
CCCP (AFAIK) doesn't affect MP3 playback in WMP unless a video's audio track is in MP3 format.

yeah i'll just forget about the error. It could be a stupid Vista thing too as I never had his problem on my old PC I seriously wouldn't be surprised if it's vistaCCCP (AFAIK) doesn't affect MP3 playback in WMP unless a video's audio track is in MP3 format.
