Prolly not. Although I think one of them is pretty good with written English...

I do not know If they can speak english. I have seen their videos on DVD and YouTube, but I only saw them speaking Japanese. But, the must know a litlle bit, some of their songs have enlish titles.
Some Riyu's songs has english lyrics (not at 100%, but just a part of them) exmp:Baby´s Tears.

Riyu's written English may be good, or someone else translated. But spoken English is different than written English. (See: Baby's Tears [MIKI ROBERTS ver.] Good lyrics, but Riyu's English was ridiculously embarrassing)
