Some of them are just cut-offs of the background and I believe they need some SERIOUS updating.
Fortunately I have the updated banners
Here they are, so the person running this site might wanna update the 5th mix section with these.
Yea sorry bout the way they are, but these were the only ones I could find so you have to edit them to make it horizontal instead of diagnol... hope thats not a problem.

Well, there's only one question, if these are unofficial they won't go in the simfiles; if they are official they will...

Ah yes, but on the actual home version, there's meant to be no words on them.

the banners arent loading, so i cant see them, but i have 5th mix CS and it uses the same BG cut banners as the arcade.
