All simfiles are single charts only and are pad. However, every song (excluding songs with challenge remixes) has Beginner through Challenge charts.

Yeah. I think Mediafire's having some problems but my laptop hates megaupload. Any other suggestions?

Sorry GABBER, but it appears the problems are on your end. I've had several people download it and no problems.
Also, since it seems that some people had trouble with stepmania tools, you can also chaneg the extension to a .zip if you want when you download it (according to other downloaders).

My file size for each video is around 150MB so it takes about an hour to upload each video. At the time of this post, I'm uploading Bingo Highway (remix).
