Hi all -

Thought I'd post this interesting fact that I saw on TV. You guys can add your own interesting facts just for fun. And hey, we might all learn something new!

OK, so here's mine:

Statistically proven, at least 10% of people just won't like you, for any reason they have. (Or for no reason at all, I guess).

That goes for everyone in the world.

and also for a fact people who drive and talk on their cell phones drive like a 70 year old (then what happens if a 70 year old talks on a cell phone and drives?)

I like to think of Canada as America's fez. Hat is a general statement for almost any kind of headgear, including retarded propeller beanies, but fezes are awesome.

The "milk comes in bags thing" means "Canada" as in "Ontario."

It doesn't come in bags in Manitoba, that's for sure, and bag milk still freaks me out, I still buy cartons.

Actually, it would be red, as the frequency of red light is lower than the frequency of all others (hence the term infra-red for a wave that has a frequency just too low to be visible), so will reach our eyes first.

Anyway, the Singapore Grand Prix will be the first night race in Formula 1 when it happens next fortnight.

Err, I hope you just happened word that extremely poorly, and didn't mean to imply that red light travels faster than yellow light. Because it doesn't. All light travels at the same speed, regardless of frequency.

Interesting fact: If you play on your toes (never using your heels), then on a candle step, your foot has to travel ~1 km/h for every step per second you have to move at. So when I do Vertex, my feet occasionally move at over 8 km/h.

The food products that kellogg (cereal) and graham (crackers) invented were first intended to stop people from having *** or f*ndl*ng (the tamest word I could find) by making themselves busy.

I have to check the book on monday but that's the general idea.
