Allow to create your own theme

Hi guys,

I thought it could be great to permit to the registered users to propose some news theme. To my mind, many people here would to have a choice between several themes and not especially about Bemani's games. Dunno if it's a deliberate choice, but in my point of view, a site like z-i-v could propose themes like In the groove, Rock Band, Taiko no tatsujin and many others.

For z-i-v.com (v4), doing another theme looks pretty easy. Change the header banner and the side color on CSS is fast to do. Maybe on V5, that gonna be harder but, anyway, I think users could help this very nice site to keep its originality by this way.

In addition, we can think about contest of creation, establish votes etc.

A custom theme where you supply the pictures? Sounds nice. I don't know if it would work, but it's a good idea.
