EDIT: Apparently, my search is NOT over (I ought to shoot meself in the foot)...after checking my simfile folders and the database here, I overlooked "Come Into My World" from Dancing Stage Fusion. As SM is the only possible way for me to actually play these songs, I'd appreciate if anyone can send this last simfile to me. I'm actually interested in the step quality of the European licensed content.

Hate to step on silenttype's toes but I am currently uploading the file to rapidshare for you. I've synced the video cut they used for the original in Dancing Stage Fusion as well but the included lyrics are terribly out of sync I'm afraid.

Many of the lyric files included with packs or in the lyrics pack on DDR:UK have questionable syncing quality. I actually want to go through and improve the overall sync one day as well as adding videos.

Also FYI Come Into My World, Heaven And Earth and Mickey has their original videos as I remember. Other songs like licences from other version might have too but many other songs were just custom videos.
