Because they have appeared in SuperNova2 CS. It's impossible to rip the videos off the SuperNova games - for now, at least.

Um, yes it is, this is why there are video rips for the CS SuperNOVA2 US songs. They've been out for a long time. It's just a matter of time and hosting, which is probably why we haven't seen the CS SuperNOVA2 JP songs up yet.
The storage is the same in SuperNOVA; the videos could be ripped if someone had the time, tools, and bandwidth.

I believe they were referring to video rips from the SN1 games in all territories, which, according to a few people here, is impossible to do at the moment. What do you mean the CS SuperNOVA2 JP songs aren't up yet? Only Time Hollow had a video and it's up already.
Just to be clear, the video format in SuperNOVA1 carries an file extension .ipu, which we have no way of decoding but the video quality looks awfully similar to MPEG2. SuperNOVA2 carries an file extension of .m2v, which is straight up MPEG2 video used in DVDs.
